LJ Hooker Nerang, part of the brand’s Solutions Gold Coast network, has been named Queensland’s Large Residential Agency of the Year at the REIQ’s annual industry gala on the weekend.
The annual award recognises the residential real estate agency with greater than 50 specialists that has, combined, delivered the most exceptional results over the year in both sales for vendors and property management for landlords.
Principal Shane Colquhoun received the award at the gala, held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
“We’ve been servicing the needs of Nerang and surrounds for almost two decades – selling and managing homes right throughout the Gold Coast,” said Mr Colquhoun.

The Large Agency of the Year award encompasses various measured categories such as sales volumes, property management, business planning, customer service, financial objectives, professional development & leadership, innovation, marketing and technology, of which the office scored the highest overall for all categories combined.
