A network of Gold Coast offices has been crowned LJ Hooker’s Top Multi-Office operator at the network’s international awards gala held at Cairns.
The seven-office LJ Hooker Gold Coast Solutions – Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Ormeau, Coomera and Tamborine Mountain – generated the most returns for sellers and landlords of any network of co-owned offices in the real estate Group.
LJ Hooker Gold Coast Solutions presence stretches through the city corridor linking the western suburbs to the north. The seven offices are jointly owned by Shane Colquhoun, Nicole Hintz and Pascal Pierre.
The Multi-Office Group Award recognises the network of businesses that, collectively, produces the best results for sellers and investors over 12 months.
“We’re individual offices but we offer our sellers and investors the powerful advantage of a unified real estate group where systems, customer service and professional development are consistent and of a standard that we take immense pride in,” said Mr Colquhoun.
“We’ve added our seventh office recently, LJ Hooker Tamborine Mountain, extending our market share into the Gold Coast Hinterland.

The award follows on from LJ Hooker Nerang – one of LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast’s offices – also being named the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s Large Residential Agency of the Year, this month.
