LJ Hooker Nerang has been named one of Australia’s top performing real estate sales offices in an annual national ranking.
LJ Hooker Nerang has secured a position in the REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2020 ranking.
Now in its eighth year, the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking is the premier grading for real estate sales offices in the country, providing a benchmark for others in the market to aspire to.
The Top 50 Sales Offices 2020 ranking is an initiative led by real estate brand REB, which is produced by award-winning business Momentum Media.
Three metrics are used to determine the ranking of the REB Top 50 Sales Offices: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold and an efficiency rating determined by the ratio of sales to support staff.
“This year’s REB Top 50 Sales Offices attracted an outstanding response, highlighting those offices that have overcome any market headwinds and thrived in an ever-competitive sector,” said deputy head of content at Momentum Media, Emma Ryan.

The data collected for the REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2020 was verified by a senior member of the agency or network, or the office’s accountant.
This is the 6th year in a row LJ Hooker Nerang have appeared in the Top 50 ranking. Principal Shane Colquhoun said it was an awesome achievement.
