Stepfanie Regan has joined the team, bringing with her almost two decades’ experience in top level property management, and has also been awarded REB’s Mentor of the Year award in 2021. Most recently, she’s spent three years as LJ Hooker’s Head of Property Management in Queensland and the Northern Territory, supporting agencies and their rental property teams to provide exceptional service to investors.
She’ll continue this association with the LJ Hooker brand as Team Leader of LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau | Tamborine Mountain.
Managing Director Shane Colquhoun said Stepfanie’s decision to join the business would deliver direct benefits to investors and was a vote of confidence in the agency’s proposition.
“Stepf is one of the industry’s best minds in property management. Nicole (Hintz, Director) Scott (Hughes, General Manager) and I are excited to bring her wisdom and best practice processes into the business.
“While Stepf will be based in the Coomera | Ormeau | Mount Tamborine businesses, her knowledge will be shared across all the LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast agencies, enhancing the service and experience of all our investors.”
Mrs Hintz said Stepf’s appointment underlined the full-service offering of LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau | Tamborine Mountain.
“We focus on optimising the performance of our investors’ assets by finding the right tenants and managing maintenance effectively, so that when it comes time for them to sell, their property has the best chance of achieving a premium outcome. Stepf will continue to uphold this commitment in this role.”
Ms Regan said she was excited to joining the LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast team.
