As 2023 ends, we want to thank you for the year that was.
A huge thankyou to our clients, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. You’re all contributors to help us continue doing what we love, and that’s to service the socks off you and give back to the community every way we know how to.
Our community involvement this year included school fetes, sponsorship of Nerang Eagles, we took Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis, spent time volunteering at the AWL and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, raised funds and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, helped Friends With Dignity and last but not least, our continued sponsorship of Nerang Celebrates Christmas. We do believe its our corporate responsibility to do what we can in our community and we are all very proud of what we do each and every year.
And why a big thanks to you? Your continued support allows us to give back, it’s a two way street but we do not take for granted your decision to list, sell and rent property through our wonderful team.
The year that was.
As we look back on the year we have had, some interesting stats have surprised many.
The RBA cash rate a year ago was 3.1% and today is 4.35%
Our cheapest rental property available to rent a year ago was $435 per week and today is $600. (not the same property)
Our most expensive rental property available to rent a year ago was $1,500 per week and today is $2,500 (not the same property)
Our population is still growing, property prices & rents are still increasing.
Our efforts have been recognised by the industry's most reputable institutions.
We were thrilled once again to win two major real estate awards.
The REIQ’s Agency of the Year for Queensland is one of the most coveted awards in our state, and this is our third time we have won this award (2019, 2022 & 2023).
The REB (Real Estate Business Online) also awarded us Large Sales Office Of The Year - Regional for the third time (2018, 2021, 2023).
