LJ Hooker Nerang has secured its standing as a top operational office in Australia after achieving a position on Australia’s prestigious Top 50 Sales Office list.
The ranking, published by Real Estate Business (REBonline) is determined by a number of metrics including, sales volumes, staff efficiency, the number of listings and sales conversion numbers.
LJ Hooker Nerang had a stellar performance over the 2016/2017 financial year, ranking 11th in the country, an outstanding achievement.
LJ Hooker offices encompass over 15 per cent of the list, with Nerang being one of eight offices to make the cut. This further cements LJ Hooker as a true industry leader.
