LJ Hooker Nerang has once again emerged victorious at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) Awards, clinching the prestigious title of Large Residential Agency for the second consecutive year. The victory not only solidifies their standing as industry leaders but also marks a hat-trick of wins, having been named the REB Sales Office of the Year (Regional) for 2023 earlier this year.

The REIQ Awards are a beacon of recognition within the real estate industry, and LJ Hooker Nerang's back-to-back victories in the Large Residential Agency category showcase their unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding service and results.  This remarkable achievement adds to LJ Hooker Nerang's impressive track record, having previously secured the same title in 2019 and is a testament to the team's expertise, professionalism, and the exceptional standard they consistently uphold.

LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast earned a well-deserved spot as a finalist for the REIQ Contribution to the Community Award. This recognition reflects the agency's dedication to making a positive impact beyond the realm of real estate, actively contributing to the betterment of the Gold Coast community.

Nicole Hintz earned her place as a finalist in not one but two prestigious categories at the REIQ Awards. Nicole's expertise and dedication to her craft have earned her a spot as a finalist in the hotly contended Residential Salesperson of the Year category as well as the Residential Salesperson SEQ – Settled Transactions category.
