The REB have announced their Top 50 Agents Qld 2023 ranking for the third consecutive year.
The annual ranking recognises the top-performing agents in Queensland who have carved a
niche in their local area and gone above and beyond for their clients.
At its heart, the ranking and associated report champion agents who have adopted a local
approach to servicing their clients and achieved outstanding sales figures across the 2022
calendar year in the process.
The ranking also makes a statement and sets the benchmark for success that other agents in
the state could emulate.
Nicole Hintz of LJ Hooker Coomera | Ormeau | Tamborine Mountain has ranked in at number 40 for the state, and marks the third time that the award winning agent has made the list.

REB editor Grace Ormsby commended the listed agents for their achievements and successes

experience.”
