LJ Hooker’s sister agencies at Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau were celebrated by the industry and their peers last week, adding a swag of trophies to their mantelpieces in the process.
LJ Hooker Nerang has been crowned as having the Top Community Relationship at the real estate network’s annual Queensland and Northern New South Wales (QLD/NNSW) awards, held virtually this year.
The award recognises the LJ Hooker residential agency that has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to providing wider community initiatives and support.
Complementing the community award, the Nerang office also placed third in the Top Office category for the third year in a row.
It was a highly successful night for LJ Hooker Nerang, which also won the network’s Top Executive Assistant (Amy Patrick) and Top Office Support (Jacinta McDonald) Awards.
LJ Hooker State Director Stephen Mutton congratulated the teams on their achievements.
“The LJ Hooker Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau team’s commitment to delivering the best possible outcome for their customers is a shining example of leadership and determination.
“Despite the uncertainty posed by COVID-19 and challenging time in property markets, the teams at LJ Hooker Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau have been resilient and focused on upholding best practice standards to successfully guide their customers in a changing real estate landscape.
“The six offices are accomplished agencies in the LJ Hooker network and the recognition is very well deserved,” Mr Mutton concluded.
Accepting the award on behalf of LJ Hooker Nerang, Principal Shane Colquhoun paid credit to his team members.
“Our people have gone the extra mile to best service our clients and this award recognises their outstanding efforts.
“I’m proud of each person across our group of 6 offices, and everything that they have achieved in the past 12 months,” said Shane.
LJ Hooker’s Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau agencies were also listed as finalists in several categories at the network’s Queensland awards, including:
