The six sister LJ Hooker offices at Nerang, Pacific Pines, Helensvale, Hope Island, Coomera and Ormeau have combined forces to create a marketing platform, LJ Hooker Solutions Gold Coast.
Almost a year of planning by directors Nicole Hintz, Pascal Pierre and Shane Colquhoun, the group launched their initiative on January 1st. Mrs Hintz, Mr Pierre and Mr Colquhoun share multiple business partnerships together so creating an umbrella marketing brand for their existing offices made perfect sense.
“Having that synergy means that we are more powerful and once you put all that together, with more resources, more knowledge, we’re all sharing to make that journey better for our clients” said Mrs Hintz.
“A house is a house, photos are photos – but it’s the people that hold hands on either side of the transaction that make it happen. That’s the single most important thing” said Mr Pierre.
“We are coming together as one but still maintaining the culture that we have in each individual office” added Mr Colquhoun. “We want to keep what makes each office successful in their areas and build on those foundations.”
Each of the agency shop fronts will remain open to ensure that the brand has a local presence which also benefits the communities they give back to through their ongoing commitments.
